After almost 2 1/2 years of trying to sell our house in Brookstone and 4 other real estate agents we decided to take our house off the market and consult with Karen Davis.

Karen made some staging suggestions and together we decided to change out our white microwave and oven, to a stainless,  put in a stone tile backsplash, and add a fence to the backyard.

We put our house back on the market on March 1st and Karen showed our house the next day.  On March 3rd we had a contract on our house. She is an amazing Realtor and shows her own listings, which we really liked about her. She was able to show the buyer all the nice upgrades we had put into our house.  She found the right buyer for us, and the closing went very well.

We would highly recommend Karen to anyone that has trouble selling their home.
